Proceeds from the Grizzly Sports Programs fund this tournament and other Rotary Projects. In 2008, Rotary donated $7,500 to AHS athletics from the project. Funds will be used to support the artificial turf project at Walter A Phillips Field.
This event is a celebration of the effort for the Grizzly Sports Program by the Rotary Club of Ashland and to kick off the winter sports season and the winter program. The Rotary Club of Ashland has contributed more than $120,000 to AHS Athletics since this project began in 1995.
The event also is meant to draw attention to the long standing relationships the Rotary Club of Ashland and Ashland School District have maintained for decades in support of young people and extra curricular activites.

3-Point Shooting Contest, winners get $100 each
Open to any person 12 years or older. First come first served. Sign up during Friday games. Competition throughout the tournament. Individual brackets will be set up. Male and female winners.
Each contestant will compete against another with one minute to shoot and make as many three point shots as you can.
